Rose del deserto

300 g di farina 00
20 g di fecola
2 uova
180 g di burro morbido
180 g di zucchero
q.b. vaniglia
½ bustina di lievito
q.b. corn flakes
q.b. gocce di cioccolato (o uvetta o frutti rossi)

Preparazione:
 setacciare tutte le polveri dentro una terrina, aggiungere lo zucchero, la vaniglia, le uova ed il burro. Amalgamare per bene tutti gli ingredienti quindi unire le gocce di cioccolato (saranno sufficienti tre cucchiai) o se preferite l’uvetta o dei frutti rossi canditi. Riporre in frigo per un’oretta. Preriscaldare il forno a 160° In un piatto ampio mettere una manciata di corn flakes. Con l’impasto fare delle palline, schiacciarle leggermente quindi passarle sui corn flakes premendo un po’ affinché aderiscano sulla superficie. Disporre sulla placca foderata di carta forno ed infornare per 10-15 minuti. Ne riempirete due placche.
